HOUSE MANAGER
Antoinette Tiatia
Undergoing Renovations from 14th March for 15 weeks. Not accepting any bookings during this time
Built in 1915 as a private residence, Clover Park community house was purchased in 1976 by the council to operate as a community house.   At that time the council recognized the community needs of the rapidly expanding area and the fact that residents would be somewhat removed from vital community services.   It was officially opened by Worship the Mayor Mr, Lloyd Elsmore on 1st April 1978 after the successful opening of the Mangere Community house on Robertson Rd.

The Clover Park Community house is owned by Auckland Council but operated by a voluntary Governance Committee under the umbrella of The Community Builders NZ Trust.  Antoinette Tiatia manages the day to day operations of the house.  The Clover Park community house is proud to offer a place of meeting for local people to use and its doors are always open to new events, activities or groups.  This is your place to gather and grow.
